What’s Happening in your Neighborhood?

Anyone living in Boulder has seen the changes a few years and a lot of development can have on a community. We are excited about access to mass transit and dense residential / commercial space. However, it is important that the City of Boulder develops a plan to ensure that those who have established roots in the community can afford to stay here, without continuing to create a divide between those that can afford $1,000 / sf and those that must defer to subsidized affordable housing in order to remain in a community that they have contributed to for years. Here are some of the sites we’re keeping tabs on in order to take the pulse of our changing town:
