An interesting book in terms of talking about this issue is Eric Schlosser's Fast Food Nation. While Schlosser approaches the issues of lifestyle and convenience from the point of view of the food industry, his book illustrates the huge impact both issues have had on our society.
What if it became 'convenient' to live better, to live healthier? Can we redefine the meaning of 'healthy living'? This, of course, becomes a challenge as we all get busy with life and slip into routines and habits.
How do you make the first step towards a change?
