EFAA 9th and Arapahoe

The church building that houses the EFAA at 9th and Arapahoe has been on the market for a while now. Recent indications are that it has been sold to a group of attorneys to be redeveloped into office space. Other properties for sale in the neighborhood make this slice of town between the university and downtown ripe for redevelopment. It is a little busy; however, that could be seen by developers as a potential benefit in terms of accessibility and proximity to the core of downtown. In addition to the EFAA building, a property 1 block to the west of 9th and Arapahoe, an older historical building, is currently under review with the city
