Design Project Build introduces special guest Aidan Chopra to the Architect Challenge. As Google’s product evangelist for SketchUp and Google Earth, Aiden will be, ‘evangelizing’ our Google SketchUp apprentices at the Challenge. Holding degrees in fine art and architecture from NSCAD Unviersity in Halifax and Rice University in Houston, he has most recently authored Google SketchUp for Dummies (released in July by Wiley Publishing). At Google, his job is to be an advocate for the everyday communication of concepts, ideas and places in 3D.
With Chopra’s SketchUp expertise, he will be “champion-ing” each of the apprentices with 60 second proficiency tutorials throughout the evening. The clock will stop, and Aidan will step-up to the mic! Helping the apprentices, Aidan will demonstrate task proficiency and the limits of SketchUp.
The Challenge begins at 6 pm and ends by 9 pm so be sure to stop on in, cast your vote for one of the interesting challenge awards and take part in Boulder’s creative design development!
