It is important to recognize the need for housing INSIDE the limits of a growing, busy commercial center such as Boulder. Current policies and prices force the majority of the workforce to live miles from their workplace, into regions not served by useful public transport systems. I am glad a local architect with a reputation (to lose - the horror) has the chutzpah to use a public forum in such a manner...even if it is clearly on the radical side. I agree with Mr. Hine 100%.
