Solartaxi - August 10th and 11th
Aug 9th, 2008 by rlsorbe

Filling the niche between a car and a motorcycle, the Solartaxi is coming to Boulder on August 10th and 11th. Take part in history, as this is the first time ever, that a car is driving around the world with the power of the sun. Solartaxi is a Swiss solar powered vehicle literally driving around the world raising awareness of technical solutions to carbon based problems. The Solartaxi has traveled over 22,000 miles around the world without a single drip of gas. The team started in Switzerland, drove east through Europe, Asia, Australia, China, west coast of USA and is now on the road to Boulder, Colorado.
