the morning after … (the first presidential debate)

First thing Saturday morning, I came upon this graphic poster on Pearl & 15th. It was an ephemeral political statement, as just a few hours later, fliers for boulder shows and events were plastered over top, obscuring it from view.
Has anyone else seen examples of public political art around boulder relating to the election or credit crisis? I would be interested to know the background of the poster designer . . . are they local?
What do the words on the scissors say? Looks like “Cut back corporate class” but the “cut back” is unclear
