Being able to comprehend and fully understand a drawing can be difficult for a viewer. Whether the design is just a sketch on a napkin or a full set of construction drawings, a 3D visual representation of your project makes the design easily understood, as not all can “think in 3D”. A visual representation of your project increases more effective communication, adds a professional image for faster comprehension of the design and takes your project to the next level. Visual Renderings, Inc. is a Centennial based company that offers th opportunity to help conceptualize design through the the following services:
- Photo-realistic Renderings
- Watercolor / Digitally Illustrated Renderings
- Isometric Rendered Floor Plans
- Animations
Take your next project into the third dimension:

Interior Designers
Designers have a knack for being creative and for understanding how colors, textures and materials come together and interact with one another to create a beautiful space. Finish plans and elevations are marked with symbols that call out for paint colors, counter top materials, and depth of a built-in bookcase for example. Material and finish boards further help a client to understand the design concept and intent, but comprehending how everything comes together is challenging. Taking the design process a step further with a 3D interior rendering of the space will help the viewer to visualize just how the room will look, as if they are standing in the space itself.

Residential and Commercial Architects
Understanding how the interior space creates a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment, as well as how the exterior components and materials contribute to integrating the design, and finally how the landscaping will add just the right finishing touches, is second nature to an architect. But for a client, this can be very challenging, as the drawings you present can be misinterpreted or confusing. It’s also important for a design concept to be explored before countless hours are spent developing the drawings.
A 3D rendering will allow the viewer to see just what the lines on paper are representing. A photo-realistic rendering for example, takes a site photo of the surroundings and merges it with the 3D model. This will show exactly how the home will look in the location at which it is to be built. Adding the materials, landscaping and other contextual elements makes the rendering into a future photo of the house-to-be. Digital Illustration is also a great way to present the design, as the final output is in watercolor. This method is great for designs that aren’t 100% complete or when a more artistic output is desired.
Other times the design needs to be approved by board members or by the city for permitting purposes. A 3D rendering of the buildings or an aerial view of the buildings’ layout is also a great way to represent the end result.

Developers, Builders and Real Estate Brokers
Housing developments often set up pre-sale offices to sell the proposed models. Using interior and exterior renderings and isometric floor plans are a powerful addition to your marketing efforts whether they are brochures, a website, or large printouts or banners at the construction site. Street views that show the different types of houses help buyers to visualize what it will look like to drive down the street of their new neighborhood. Interior shots are great for buyers to get a feel of the space they will soon call home.
Dreamers
Anyone with a creative mind has ideas, whether it be furniture design, custom fences, custom decks, intricate landscape ideas or otherwise. Help others to understand your idea or better enable yourself to improve and develop an idea with a visual representation.
