Denver Community Museum: live art events

If you are around over the weekend, be sure to check out the pop-up scene as part of Denver’s Arts Week:
On Saturday, November 15th, from 12- 5 PM the Denver Community Museum will be hosting a live community art event. Create a giant pop-up scene in Denver’s pop-up museum! “Pop-up Denver” is free and open to all ages and skill levels. Bring supplies to share or use ours. The display will stay up throughout the week for visitors to view and add on.
Then from 5-7 PM join in for the opening reception of DCM’s new exhibit, “Mummify Me“. In addition to Denver residents, six local museums took part in the challenge to give an object eternal life.
