This photo is the second in a series by local photographer Jay Droeger. This photo, looking west from Broadway makes a good companion to the first photo in the series. Both were shot in the same neighborhood and each shows development in one of the more established parts of town, this one with a focus on the labor force necessary to complete large-scale developments.
